Our HVAC/R Technicians are vital to our reputation, delivering high-quality customer service through service repairs, maintenance, and replacements, 24/7. We seek hardworking, integrity-driven technicians who perform timely, quality repairs, maintain equipment standards, and build trusting client relationships.

Pay Rate: USD $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical service to customers
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch
• Work nights or weekends on a rotating basis for emergency services
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment
• Document service details electronically
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, calibrate systems, and explain solutions to customers
• Participate in training and identify new business opportunities

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2+ years of HVAC/R technician experience
• Residency within 30 miles of the job location
• Valid driver’s license and EPA Certification
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
• Knowledge of HVAC/R principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb, and perform various physical tasks
• Travel as needed
