Our technicians perform service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for our customers 24/7. Starting at USD $25.00/hr, with potential to earn USD $50.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical service to customers
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration units for commercial clients
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and communicate delays
• Work nights or weekends on a rotating basis for emergency services
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment
• Document services electronically via iPad
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, calibrate systems, and explain solutions to customers
• Participate in training programs
• Identify opportunities for additional business and services

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2+ years HVAC/R technician experience
• Within 30 miles of the job location
• Valid driver’s license and EPA certification
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Pass criminal background and drug screening
