You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems, maintaining your vehicle and tools, and ensuring clear communication with customers. The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, and competitive pay ranging from $30 to $45 per hour. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• May require a Journeyman's License in some states.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Educación
