7-Eleven is seeking an HVAC/R Technician I to join our maintenance team in Baltimore, MD. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs and preventative maintenance on in-store systems, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment using modern tools.

The role emphasizes teamwork, mentoring junior technicians, and maintaining store operations. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, plus 1+ year HVAC/refrigeration experience and EPA 608 certification; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.
