Job summary

K&D Factory Service in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across our PA branches, with a focus on delivering reliable customer service and keeping equipment running at peak performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of field experience, EPA Level 2, and a valid driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems encouraged
• Driving record must meet safety standards
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair issues on commercial equipment
• Report service activities accurately on tablet after each call
• Provide excellent customer experience and support to customers
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time

Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
