K&D Factory Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to service and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on HVAC/R experience, EPA Level 2 certification, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC/R experience
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems encouraged
• Driving record must align with safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age
• Successful background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair issues on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on tablet after every call
• Provide excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines

Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
