Job summary

K&D Factory Service in Pennsylvania is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to service and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment across our seven PA branches. This full-time role requires 3+ years of field experience and EPA Level 2 certification, with on-call duties and overtime opportunities.

You will diagnose issues, document activities on a tablet, and provide excellent customer service while operating company vehicles and tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• CFESA or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time

Experienced Technicians Wanted (3+ Years)

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 3+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
• EPA Level 2 minimum
• Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
