We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Technical Support Associate. In this role, you will diagnose and troubleshoot our technology, systems, and equipment with customers and third-party vendors. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to independently problem-solve, and work under pressure. Customer focus and the ability to prioritize multiple tickets and projects are essential. A successful candidate will be eager to take a hands-on role in a fast-paced, leading energy management company and be accountable for delivering results.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify solutions related to energy-saving systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, metering, etc.
  • Track customer issues through to resolution within agreed timeframes.
  • Communicate with clients and third-party vendors via phone, email, or chat.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Log all issues properly.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure equipment functionality after troubleshooting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
  • Deliver training to vendors on systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
