Qualifications
- Technical school diploma or equivalent; 5 years of HVAC/R operation, maintenance, and installation experience in industrial/education/healthcare settings.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Minimum EPA Type II, 40 CFR Part 82 Subpart F certification.
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics and understand applicable codes.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, repair, and install HVAC/R equipment and controls.
- Respond to HVAC/R trouble calls and perform tests with tools and instruments.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems and components.
- Prepare requisitions, work orders, and maintenance records for supervisor review.
- Interpret data from power plant and control/energy management systems and take action as needed.
