Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle commercial accounts primarily in the DC/VA area, providing service, repair, and maintenance for various HVAC systems including:

• Packaged HVAC units (VAV and constant volume, up to 100 tons)
• Split systems, heat pumps
• Datacenter cooling units (Liebert, Stulz, etc.)
• Natatorium dehumidification units (PoolPak, Dektron, etc.)
• VAV / VVT systems
• VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Central plant equipment (boilers, chillers, cooling towers)

Minimum Qualifications

• Trade school or apprenticeship program completion
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Active DC or Maryland HVAC Journeyman / Master license
