Job summary

Nextech, the leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to service commercial clients. You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, using iPads and mobile apps to document work and coordinate with dispatch.

Expect a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, a company vehicle with a gas card, and paid training with certification support. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of field experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; EPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC/R field experience; Journeyman’s license may be required by state.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and after-hours service as needed.
• Document service details using iPads and communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in good condition.
• Identify additional service opportunities and inform customers.
