Mash Mechanical Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician in Scarborough, ME. The role focuses on high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance for commercial and residential systems.

You will diagnose HVAC/refrigeration issues, service heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ACs, and refrigeration equipment, while communicating clearly with customers and documenting work per company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, AC systems, and refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.

Mash Mechanical is hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Scarborough, ME. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work, clear communication, and getting the job done right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Work on commercial and residential systems including:
• Heat pumps
• Furnaces
• Boilers
• Air conditioning systems
• Refrigeration equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and recommendations
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
