You will diagnose HVAC/refrigeration issues, service heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ACs, and refrigeration equipment, while communicating clearly with customers and documenting work per company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, AC systems, and refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Work on commercial and residential systems including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, AC systems, refrigeration equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and recommendations.
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company procedures.
