BayCare Health System is seeking a dedicated HVAC/R technician to support our Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey, FL. The role involves night shifts (11:00pm–7:00am) with weekend work and potential travel between BCHS facilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory codes, and performing general maintenance in clinical settings.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required.
• FL Driver's License required.
• Technical certification preferred.

Position Details

• Location: Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, New Port Richey, FL
• Status: Full-time
• Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
• Days: Varies – Weekends included

Responsibilities

• Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and
• associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.
• Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in
• hospital or clinic environment.
• May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft
• lines.
• May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
