Job summary

Walmart is expanding its Refrigeration and HVAC Maintenance team in Fishers, IN. Developmental Technicians will inspect, clean, and repair store systems, equipment, and fixtures under supervision, adhering to schedules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• 1 year of experience in plumbing, electrical, or related areas.
• 2 years Walmart store experience (preferred).
• Must maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Utilize the work order system to manage reactive repair work orders and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety and equipment training.
