Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Instructor to coach students through real‑world skills, safety, and industry expectations while helping them build confidence to launch or level up their careers.

You will collaborate with a supportive campus team to deliver engaging instruction and strong outcomes. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $32.00, with Monday–Thursday shifts from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm or 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm, up to 2 sessions per week.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree or higher preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, education, or training
• Candidates without a degree may be considered with 5+ years of relevant work experience or a combination of education, strong communication skills and a student‑first mindset
• EPA Universal Section 608 Certification
• Willingness to learn—we provide teaching support and training
