Job summary

Munters is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to design and optimize climate control systems for commercial and industrial applications. You will select components, analyze performance, and ensure reliability while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 3–5 years of HVAC design experience. You will work on projects from concept to completion with focus on sustainability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of HVAC system design and engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle and system performance.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and control systems.
• Familiarity with compressors, fans, heat exchangers and valves.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with complex assemblies in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Select appropriate components to meet design specs and performance requirements.
• Analyze refrigeration cycle performance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Awareness of electrical diagrams and control systems.
• Stay familiar with industry trends, technologies and regulations to stay cutting-edge.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Participate in product testing
