Job description

Provide field quality oversight for HVAC, mechanical systems, and piping during construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover. Perform inspections, manage quality documentation, and coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction quality experience in HVAC/mechanical systems
• 5+ years of cleanroom/controlled-environment construction experience
• Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, commissioning, ASME, ANSI, SMACNA, and ASHRAE
• Experience with NCRs, inspections, quality documentation, and turnover
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
