  • Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing mechanical services firm, is actively seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative to oversee a designated territory in the Phoenix, Arizona area. With over five decades of industry experience, this organization has earned a strong reputation for excellence within the mechanical servicing sector.
  • As part of their continued expansion, the company is looking to elevate their Phoenix division by adding an HVAC Project Sales Representative. Thanks to their market credibility and longstanding client relationships, the majority of leads will be inbound. Their clientele primarily consists of commercial and industrial businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • The HVAC Project Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging technical expertise in HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and client service. The HVAC Project Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle; qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries with professionalism and precision. A deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems and energy-efficient technologies is essential for effectively articulating value to customers.
  • The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, preparing accurate budgets and proposals, and securing new business to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
