Qualifications

• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building plans and project scope.
• Ability to communicate with Engineers, Project Managers, and General Contractors.
• Proficient with project scheduling and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to monitor progress and resolve field problems.
• Develop cost‑effective schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate with HVAC Sales Consultants and Operations for guidance.
• Maintain client relationships and regular progress communication.
• Manage field manpower, materials, inspections, and subcontracts.
• Prepare estimates, change orders, and proposals for customers.
• Attend on-site coordination meetings and drive project execution.
