KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors seeks a Project Manager in Tampa to plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to specifications.

You will lead teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, and uphold safety and compliance standards across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• EPA certification and NATE certification are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and design/engineering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Develop and control project budgets and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely execution.
• Ensure HVAC installations comply with regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain project documentation and close-out activities.
