Job summary

Air Equipment Company (AEC) seeks a Project Manager/Estimator in Kentucky to learn all product and system applications, manage project pricing, submittals, and equipment orders. The role requires detailed customer service focus, strong organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with sales teams, customers, and manufacturers to ensure on-time completion and satisfaction, handling multiple projects while staying within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or minimum of 5 years of field experience in mechanical or building controls applications.
• Working knowledge of MEP consulting, architecture, design, CAD, general contracting, mechanical contracting, engineering or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project files for each project throughout its duration.
• Estimate and manage pricing, submittals, and equipment ordering to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers and manufacturers.
