SUMMARY : HVAC Project Manager

POSITION INFO :

HVAC Project Manager - BSc Mechanical / Electrical Engineer – Cape Town

The role of the Project Manager (PM) is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects as planned. The PM will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

1. Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
4. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
