Zusammenfassung

Environmental Air Systems is seeking an entry- to mid-level trades helper to assist with HVAC, sheet metal, and panel installations on commercial projects. You will read blueprints, measure and fit components, and support rigging and installation while maintaining safety on active job sites.

The role emphasizes teamwork, precise alignment, and adherence to schedules, with opportunities to grow skills alongside experienced trades professionals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of construction, HVAC, or sheet metal experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and airflow.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
• Familiarity with tools, materials, and installation techniques in commercial settings.
• Knowledge of rigging signals, welding, or fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

• Assist with installation of metal insulated panels, ductwork, and roofing systems.
• Support bending, fitting, and installation of metal flashing and structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation work.

• Assist with duct layout and preparation for installation.

• Accurate and efficient installation support with minimal rework.
• Consistent adherence to safety standards with zero incidents.
