Advise building owners on cost effective solutions.
Communicating and attending meetings and field surveys required during design, as well as participating in formal engineering training of company personnel and provide specific direction of on the job training for design engineers, drafters and interns.
Assume responsibility for managing and maintaining schedule and time control system, budget, and monitor work activity/budget to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria and specifications.
