Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Laborer/Helper in Fort Lauderdale, FL to assist HVAC technicians with repairs, installation work, and related tasks. The role emphasizes problem solving, schematics, and safe operation of company equipment.

Salary ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits and long-term growth potential in a well-established Florida contractor. On-site work and occasional travel across Florida are involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of HVAC Technician Assistant experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license; insurable driving record; successful pre-employment drug and agility tests.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 60 ft tall and lift 100 lbs or more.
• Willingness to travel within the Florida estate and work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Technician to repair refrigeration, HVAC and EMS equipment for commercial and residential clients.
• Read and understand schematics.
• Assist with installing air conditioning/refrigeration systems and related equipment.
• Maintains tools, supplies and/or equipment.
• Must operate a marked company vehicle safely and professionally.
