Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Successful pre-employment drug and agility tests.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions and high temperatures.
• Capable of bending and kneeling for extended periods.
• Able to pass a government background check per project requirements.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in locating leaks and performing professional roof repairs safely and efficiently.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of all company-issued equipment.
• Maintain trucks stocked and clean; ensure proper paperwork is completed.
• Use industry standard repair techniques and complete daily assignments.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisors.
