Job summary

The Project Manager will provide project timelines and cost estimates for new applications and communicate all updates to the customer.

• Prior refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project timelines and cost estimates for applications.
• Ensure customer requirements are met by modifying product configurations.
• Participate in troubleshooting and provide hands-on technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on the design and assembly process.
• Create and maintain documentation for managed products.
• Act as the primary liaison to the customer for all technical, service, and pricing updates.
• Manage and track KPIs for product lines.
