Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience preferred or equivalent field experience.
• Strong ability to read plans/specs and communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive HVAC/mechanical estimates and procurement plans.
• Perform mechanical/HVAC takeoffs and quantity surveys.
• Solicit and validate supplier/manufacturer quotes.
