Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an HVAC maintenance-focused technician to perform preventive maintenance on various HVAC systems, including air handlers, ice machines, and condensers. The role also involves documenting service activities, communicating equipment conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning/replacing components, performing PMs on refrigeration and AC equipment, and maintaining maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read blueprints and tech manuals.
• Must pass both oral and written technical proficiency tests.
• Knowledge of running building management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air handlers, coils, and condensate drains.
• Cleans and replaces filters, belts, coils, and related components to maintain efficiency.
• Maintains accurate service records and work orders.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
