Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance on air handlers, condensers, coils, and related systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. You will document service activities, communicate conditions to management, and maintain compliance with safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred trade school, ability to read manuals and schematics, and certification in lockout/tagout and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• Ability to read and work from tech manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including air handlers, coils, belts and drainage.
• Performs PMs on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Keeps accurate service records and communicates findings to management; adheres to safety policies.
