Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical/HVAC design experience required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

• Familiarity with HVAC design standards (ASHRAE, ANSI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC system layouts, ductwork and piping plans.
• Prepare schematic design and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in documenting existing systems.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
