You will inspect, audit, and document quality, coordinate with field teams, and support continuous improvement across HVAC and plumbing operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on active job sites; travel and on-site work

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience in quality control, inspections, or HVAC/plumbing work preferred.
• Knowledge of codes and safety requirements; willingness to learn standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections and audits of HVAC and plumbing installations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor installation activities to verify consistent quality outcomes.
• Review blueprints and work orders to verify accuracy.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate corrective actions to field personnel.
• Maintain quality records and project documentation; support continuous improvement.
