Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a seasoned HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager for our Louisiana operations. This full-time role focuses on leading commercial HVAC/Plumbing construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effective material sourcing.

You will coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors, and supervise field teams including Superintendents and Journeymen, while upholding code compliance and safety standards. Local candidates preferred.

We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in Louisiana that works on many of Louisiana’s biggest and best HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Louisiana’s best and brightest HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager’s in the near future.

Requirements:

• Local
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) Contractor.
• Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen/Accubid preferred.
