Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate quantity takeoffs and unit pricing.
• Connect with vendors for pricing information.
• Solicit scopes of work from subcontractors.
• Maintain material pricing information in database.
• Develop mastery of construction means and methods.
• Oversee projects under construction.
• Drive production of detailed cost budgets.
• Maintain a historical cost database.
• Perform value engineering and participate in constructability reviews.
