Job summary

IMCOR in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our team and deliver accurate estimates for mechanical systems. You will perform detailed take-offs, engage with clients, and leverage FastDUCT and FastPIPE to ensure profitability while supporting project management and budgeting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in estimating, project management, or mechanical construction, with strong coding knowledge and the ability to interpret bid documents.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, project management, or mechanical construction.
• Proficiency with estimating software – FastDUCT & FastPIPE.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Codes and the ability to interpret bid documents accurately.
• Experience with larger projects and design-build environments is a plus.

IMCOR is looking for an HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence in designing, building, and maintaining Arizona’s mechanical systems since 1974. What You’ll Do

What You Bring to the Table

Experience & Technical Expertise:

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, project management, or mechanical construction (or 7-10 years of equivalent education & experience).
• Proficiency with estimating software – FastDUCT & FastPIPE preferred.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Codes and the ability to interpret bid documents accurately.
• Experience with larger projects and design-build environments is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to perform material and equipment takeoffs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-volume projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
