Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 2+ years of professional HVAC and/or plumbing design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience performing heating and cooling load calculations.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Produce HVAC and plumbing construction documents with Revit BIM under licensed engineer.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations and basic equipment selection.
• Conduct site investigations to verify existing mechanical systems for remodels.
• Support construction administration with shop drawings and responses.
• Manage concurrent tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams across disciplines.
