Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of professional HVAC/plumbing system design experience.
• Working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience performing heating and cooling load calculations.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Produce HVAC and plumbing construction documents using Revit BIM under licensed supervision.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations and basic equipment selection.
• Conduct site investigations to verify existing systems for remodels.
• Support construction administration with shop drawings coordination.
• Manage concurrent tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to coordinate cross-discipline designs.
