ENFRA is seeking a Construction Helper to support large commercial mechanical and plumbing projects. You will assist with cleanup, material distribution, and mounting support to mechanics on site.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of construction experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Expect travel to job sites and a fast-paced environment with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of construction experience.
• Ability to communicate on all levels.
• Must have adequate/reliable transportation to the jobsite daily.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• General construction clean up.
