Job summary

Gamewell Mechanical in Salisbury, NC is seeking an HVAC/MEP coordinator to layout ductwork, coordinate systems, and prepare fabrication drawings. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with Navisworks for clash detection, is required.

The role involves generating material schedules and collaborating with Project Managers to submit equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in plumbing/mechanical piping coordination, blueprints/P&IDs interpretation, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in plumbing and/or mechanical piping coordination in Revit.
• Experience reading blueprints, riser diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Revit or similar software preferred.
• Extensive history with HVAC mechanical systems and plumbing design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Layout HVAC ductwork and piping in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architecture and Navisworks.
• Create HVAC duct and pipe spool drawings for fabrication.
• Produce field install orthographic, 3D, and section drawings with dimensions/elevations.
• Generate material schedules using Plant3D and Revit.
• Set up clash detection in Navis Manage.
• Support Project Managers with equipment/material submittals.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
