Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial HVAC industry.
• Journeyman HVAC certification required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret HVAC/R schematics.
• Welding piping and steam systems experience.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and crew.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC pipe installers.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings.
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and regulations.
• Review schematics and blueprints to plan installations or repairs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on HVAC issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Train new employees on installation, repair, and safety practices.
