Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or two years of college preferred; HS diploma with two years of experience may qualify.
• HVAC experience not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and carry personal auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit youth for HVAC careers in Southeast Metro Denver.
• Provide one-on-one support through HVAC training and job upgrades.
• Assist clients with job placement and resumes; prep for interviews.
• Collaborate with training providers, employers, and partners.
• Deliver post-employment follow-up as needed.
