Job summary

The Habegger Corporation, a family-owned HVAC distributor, seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate to receive shipments, prepare orders, organize inventory, and make local deliveries. You will work with warehouse teammates and customers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• A valid Class C non-CDL driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• A DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one upon hire with company assistance.
• The ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and follow applicable driving requirements.
• Comfort reading orders, counting inventory accurately, and using a computer or handheld device.
• The ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as required for the role, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• A reliable, organized approach and a willingness to work with both teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies, checking shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders and transfers between locations.
• Load and unload vehicles using material-handling equipment as trained.
• Make scheduled local deliveries in a 26-foot box truck and handle pickups as needed.
• Keep inventory organized, record product movement, and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Let the team know promptly about shortages, damaged products, or delivery issues.
