Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets and gross profit goals.

  4. Prompt Customer Service: Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.
  5. Industry Involvement: Participate in local HVACR and LP Gas associations and events.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems and supplies is preferred.
  2. Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Clean Driving Record: Must maintain a responsible driving record.
  2. Automotive Insurance: Provide proof of adequate insurance coverage.
