Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company serving NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, we focus on delivering five-star service to homeowners.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to connect customers with comfort upgrades or whole-system replacements, with next-day installation crews and strong income potential. This is a full-time, year-round role with benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience selling residential services in home. Some locations may require HVAC specific experience.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company provided work vehicle.
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis.
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Connect customers with comfort through heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements.
• Travel to pre-set appointments in the assigned area using the company vehicle.
• Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends when required.
• Access attics and crawl spaces as part of the job responsibilities.
