Nextech, an industry-leading HVAC/R service provider, is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager in Wisconsin to oversee the service department and technicians. You will guide staff, coordinate service activities, and ensure exceptional customer service and brand recognition across our nationwide network.

The ideal candidate has HVAC/R technical experience, high energy, and excellent communication skills to drive operational success and develop the service team’s capabilities.

Competenze

• 7+ years of management experience in HVAC contracting or building-related services.
• HVAC/R technical background.
• Understanding of quality management principles and effective communication.
• Experience with management and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee the service department operations and HVAC Technicians.
• Support staff, organize, direct, coordinate, and control service activities to achieve outstanding customer service and brand recognition.
• Review reports (PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L) and share insights with the team.
• Handle customer escalation calls and provide solutions.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly goals are met.
• Manage SLAs with current and new clients.
• Recruit, hire, and develop the service operations team.
• Develop training plans for the service support team.
• Deliver goals and metrics for the assigned group.
• Perform annual reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure quality assurance on work performed at customer facilities.
• Cover for absent managers and communicate weekly activity with the VP of Operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

The HVAC/R Service Operations Manager will oversee the operations of the service department as well as HVAC Technicians. In this role, the candidate will work directly with the team to support staff, organize, direct, coordinate and control service activities to achieve outstanding customer service & brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have previous HVAC Technical experience, high-energy, and be an effective communicator. This position is critical to the development of our operational team & quality of support we provide to our customers.

Min Compensation

USD $105,000.00/Yr.

Max Compensation

USD $128,000.00/Yr.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full financial for operations
• Review company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with team
• Take calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solution
• Ensure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Manage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clients
• Recruit, hire, and develop service operations team
• Develop training plan for service support team
• Delivery of goals and metrics for assigned group
• Evaluate and perform annual reviews
• Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized
• Quality assurance on all work performed at customer facilities
• Cover in absence of the next level managers
• Create, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of Operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services company
• Have an HVAC/R Technical Background
• Understanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communication
• Experience with management and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Advanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy
