Peterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and grow our HVAC service and installation division.

This hands-on management role requires technical HVAC expertise along with strong organizational and customer-service skills to keep the department profitable. Qualifications

• Substantial field experience in residential and light-commercial HVAC.
• Ability to estimate and manage both service and installation work.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC service and installation department.
• Supervise technicians and installers and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance with the office team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to field staff.
• Develop scopes of work, equipment selections, and labor estimates.
• Ensure paperwork, job notes, and invoices are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to grow HVAC revenue and profitability.
