Johnson Controls is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operation of mechanical and utility systems on site in Dayton, OH. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, steam systems, air compressors, pumps, and related infrastructure, coordinating with Operations, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
Responsibilities include on-call work and shifts including weekends, with a focus on troubleshooting, safety, and documentation.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical and utility systems at one of our clients. This position performs hands‑on preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, steam systems, air compressors, pumps, and supporting infrastructure while partnering with Operations, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
This role includes on‑call responsibilities and may require working varying shifts, including weekends.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.13 - 40.09 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
