Job summary

R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC trim installer to lead residential new construction projects across Tampa area. You will install HVAC equipment and read blueprints while ensuring clean, safe job sites and professional vehicle upkeep.

We value a 3+ year track record in new construction HVAC, your own tools, and strong teamwork. Valid Florida license and background check/drug screening are required; leadership mentorship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC new construction installation experience.
• Your own tools and deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints accurately.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail is vital.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Leadership and mentoring ability for potential team oversight.

Responsibilities
