Job summary

Carolina Comfort Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to lead installation and maintenance of indoor and outdoor systems. You will read layouts, install equipment, and balance systems for energy efficiency while collaborating with team members.

Overtime may be required to meet project timelines and ensure top quality workmanship. We offer year‑round work, onsite training, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, a tool purchase account, paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with experience.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sets ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment into place.
• Wires controls.
• Connects and installs piping and duct.
• Installs indoor and outdoor HVAC units, along with all required duct work.
• Reads and understands house layout to perform job efficiently.
• Balances distribution systems for maximum energy efficiency.
• Communicates clearly in writing and speech.
• Maintains cooperative working relationships with colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Overtime work is required.
• All other duties as assigned.
